Privacy notice

Demo requests and founding user applications

When you submit a form we store your name, email, whether you're a landlord or letting agent, your approximate number of properties, and any organisation or message you add. We use this only to respond to your request and arrange next steps. We email you a confirmation and notify our team at info@letcarehub.co.uk.

Marketing emails are separate: we only send occasional product updates if you tick the optional box, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Using the app

Property, tenant, repair and document information you add is stored privately in your account. Tenants and contractors only see the limited information shared with them through their portals. Uploaded photos and documents are kept in private storage.

Website measurement

We count key actions such as demo requests and checklist downloads, along with campaign tags from the link you followed (for example utm_source). We don't send repair details, tenant information or photos to any analytics or advertising service.
